**Sixth Form Administrator**

The University of Liverpool Mathematics School wishes to appoint a cheerful, enthusiastic and well-organised person to bring their skills to a highly motivated, friendly and very supportive staff team.

The key responsibilities of the post are:

- To be a part of the school’s Administration and Student Support team
- To provide administrative support to teachers delivering outreach and extra-curricular activities
- To support the school’s marketing team
- To welcome visitors to the school and ensure related safeguarding arrangements are maintained

The post will commence as soon as possible.

The small size of our school (approximately 80 students and 15 staff members) means that staff members take on multiple roles and responsibilities and are flexible in their approach to work. All members of staff in this school have a significant role in supporting students, ensuring that students are safe and cared for at all times. We are both a large family and a small professional organisation. Life is often fun, never dull and sometimes very busy. You’ll need to be good at teamwork and managing multiple tasks: as a small team we keep a lot of plates spinning
