**SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR**
**Objective**
Reporting to the Administration Manager, you are committed to working as part of an effective team, and will provide exceptional administration support across key accounts. As Service Administrator you are often the first point of contact with our customers, therefore exceptional customer service skills are essential. Acting as an ambassador to position the company's reputation as a leading and respected employer.
**Attributes and skills**

**Responsibilities (are to include the following but are not limited to)**:
- Logging reactive calls
- Dispatching engineers
- Booking in and closing reactive & PPM calls
- Ordering / shipping parts
- Weekly reporting
- Monthly invoicing
- Expenses report
- Submitting quotes
- Managing customer online portals
- Visa chasing
- Updating /completing keyholder forms
- Raising permits
- False alarm monitoring
- Daily / Weekly / Monthly activations reports
- Book travel / hotels
- To assist with cover as and when required
- To follow Health & Safety procedures set out by the company in order to ensure the safety of you, your colleagues and others. Also, adhere to the Company Health and Safety policy.
- Adhere to company rules and ensure compliance to ISO:9001:2015 & ISO 14001:2004
