Are you seeking a Financial Planning Administrator job within a local business in Linlithgow?In your role as a Financial Planning Administrator, your duties will include:

- Gathering and preparing documentation to create client meeting packs prior to appointments
- Prepare client files to be processed
- Some client contact to obtain missing information and schedule their appointments with the Principal Financial Adviser
- Maintain client files both in paper format and electronically to ensure all systems are fully up-to-date and accurate
- Process business and then chase the relevant parties to ensure this goes through to completion

**Financial Planning Administrator Requirements**
- You should have administration experience within financial services (ideally financial planning)
- You must have high attention for detail, ability to manage your own workload and meet agreed deadlines
- You must have a can-do attitude
- You should have good client relationship skills and capable of processing business / writing reports
- Level 4 Diploma is desirable but not required

This small but highly experienced financial planning business is keen to recruit a Financial Planning Administrator to help support the business and their Principal. They have developed lasting relationships with their clients through their excellent serviceand knowledge provided.

**Financial Planning Administrator Benefits**
- Salary of £25,000 - £32,000 dependent upon experience
- Pension contribution
- 25 days holiday + Bank holidays
- Normal office hours (40 hours per week)
