You will take part in a comprehensive training programme, enabling you to fully understand the business, values and how Newbury Building Society stands out from the crowd. **Essential criteria**: - Experience of working with internal and/or external, customers to ensure the highest quality service experience - Evidence of excellent written and verbal communication skills **Desirable criteria**: - Competent in the use of Microsoft packages - Word, Excel, Outlook and Office 365
