**Business Development Co-ordinator**

An exciting position has become available for a full-time Business Development Co-ordinator based in Redditch, Worcestershire (initially home-based). You will work 37.5 hours per week; however, these can be flexibly structured for the right person.

You will provide internal and external sales support for the UK & Nordics Sales Division. You will consult Product & Sales Management on their needs and offer creative ideas to support business growth. You will also maintain information for lead tracking.

**Role Requirements**
- Educated to GCSE level or equivalent
- Educated to Degree level or equivalent would be beneficial
- Experience of SAP would be desirable but not essential
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Exceptional customer service orientation
- Ability to effectively prioritise and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
- High degree of common sense
- Motivated with a desire to succeed in this role

**Role Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain an appropriate productive relationship with existing and potential distributors / customers at all levels.
- Provides internal support on Aftermarket.
- Provides information on company products and services.
- Coordinates and maintains distributor databases.
- Implements and plans marketing campaigns for new products.
- Provides internal support on machine orders.
- Assist in developing new marketing strategies to ensure sales targets are met.
- Support the Business Development Manager on specific sales / marketing or PR projects as directed.
- Onsite sales support, to both internal and external customers.
- Support sales team through distribution of BW reports.
- Maintain price support register, for link between UK Sales/Sales Order Processing.
- Support other members of the internal and external Sales and Marketing team as required.
- Passing technical and parts enquiries through the correct channels.
