**Job Overview**
I am looking for an assistant who can handle a variety of tasks, from social media management and podcast production to executive assistant duties. You must have a strong command of the English language, a positive, energetic attitude, and a willingness to learn and grow. An interest in personal development and spiritual growth is essential.

You should be familiar with tools such as ChatGPT, Grammarly, Canva, Instagram, StreamYard, Zoom, YouTube, Mailchimp, and Visard. The role involves uploading videos and content across platforms, editing newsletters, and proficiency with QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite.

I need someone detail-oriented, highly organised, and capable of solving problems independently—someone whose work I can trust without having to double-check for errors. Since I travel frequently for work, I also need someone who can look after my cats. You will be working from my garden office and podcast studio as well as remotely. Some evening and weekend work may be required.

**Responsibilities (in addition to the above)**:

- Managing calendars and scheduling appointments
- Arranging travel and accommodation
- Conducting research and preparing reports or presentations
- Handling confidential information with discretion
- Assisting with meeting preparation and follow-ups
- Performing data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Managing office supplies and equipment
- Providing phone support with professional etiquette

**Qualifications**:

- Previous administrative and social media experience is essential
- Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail
- Excellent typing and data entry skills
- Knowledge of clerical procedures and office management
- Exceptional communication skills and professional phone etiquette

Pay: £15.00-£17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 45 per week

- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)
