**The role**
- Transaction Support_

Preparation of financial due diligence reports in respect of:

- Bank pre-lending reviews.
- Corporate acquisition.
- Private equity acquisitions.
- Liaising with other departments (e.g. tax) throughout the transaction.
- Liaising with clients, funders and intermediaries during execution of transactions.
- Lead Advisory_
- Report writing (e.g. preparation of Information Memorandum, Business Plans).
- Financial modelling (e.g. cash flow/financing models).
- M&A analysis (e.g. identification of potential acquisition targets or buyers).
- Researching, preparing and supporting presentations/sales pitches for new business.
- Liaising with clients, funders and intermediaries during execution of transactions.
- Relationship building with local intermediary market (banks, lawyers etc.).

**The role requirements**
- ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent), or relevant work experience with some corporate finance or transaction services experience being desirable.
- Be commercially minded, displaying high levels of accuracy and diligence in their work.
- Enthusiasm for working in a fast paced and dynamic environment with an ability to grapple and understand business issues quickly.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, in particular Word and Excel and PowerPoint
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Full UK driving license and car.
