We are currently seeking to fill a role within the Corporate Finance team between Executive and Assistant Manager level who will report to the Associate Director and Director to join our Corporate Finance Team in our Midlands’ offices, based in Birmingham and Oldbury.

**Transaction Support**

Preparation of Financial Due Diligence reports in respect of:

- Corporate acquisitions
- Private equity acquisitions
- Bank pre-lending reviews

To include:

- Liaising with clients, target businesses, funders, and intermediaries during execution of transactions
- Liaising with other departments (e.g. tax) throughout the transaction
- Preparation of detailed datebooks
- Report writing.

**M&A Lead Advisory**
- Preparation of Information Memoranda and other related documents)
- M&A analysis (e.g. identification of potential acquisition targets or buyers)
- Researching, preparing and supporting presentations/sales pitches for new business
- Liaising with clients, funders and intermediaries during execution of transactions
- Relationship building with local intermediary market (banks, lawyers etc)
