We are working with a growing financial services organisation based in north Liverpool. The role would suit someone who is closed to being chartered and from a paraplanning background.

**Description**

As Technical Manager you will be responsible for managing the workflow from the Financial Planners and Advisers and allocating tasks to appropriate individuals in the technical team to ensure delivery of the technical aspects of preparing for client meetingsincluding:

- Preparing and compiling financial analysis data
- Analysing client data and preparing cash flow analysis
- Researching products to support recommendations
- Compiling financial planning recommendations and suitability reports
- Providing support for financial planners, advisers, allowing them to focus on client relationships and meeting business targets
- Ensuring that all regulatory and compliance standards are met
- Liaising with product providers and other relevant third parties
- Ensuring that all client requirements are followed through to the appropriate conclusion
- Project and team briefings and first line support to the Technical team
- Managing and reporting all technical Management Information
- Manage the research and analysis of financial products to meet client requirements
- Managing the preparation of client financial plans and suitability reports

**Profile**

The successful applicant must have:

- Experience working in a financial service business
- Suitable for a Senior Paraplanner looking for their next step
- Closed to chartered status
- Strong work ethic
- Strong systems knowledge
- Excellent reporting skills
- Excellent communication skills and able to build relationships
