**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks related to property management, ensuring smooth operations.
- Handle incoming calls and inquiries with professionalism, providing exceptional customer service.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records of tenants and properties.
- Coordinate maintenance requests and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
- Prepare reports and documentation as required for property management purposes.
- Support the team with various office duties, contributing to a collaborative work environment.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within property management or a related field.
- Proficiency in Yardi or similar property management software is an advantage.
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills to interact effectively with tenants and service providers.
- Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail for accurate data entry.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive attitude towards upselling and promoting available properties or services.
- Participation in a weekend on call rota is expected.

It would be beneficial that you:

- Have previous experience within a property or lettings role.
- Have worked in a customer facing role.
- Are qualified to Level 6 Propertymark or similar.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
