CV Screen is recruiting for an experienced **Customer Service Executive **is required by an exciting Financial firm based near Nottingham, Nottinghamshire. This well-established market leading firm are looking for someone with great Customer Service experience to work onsite at their offices in Nottingham.
**YOUR DUTIES WILL INCLUDE**:
- Onboarding new clients to the service with accurate Data Entry
- Relationship Management with regularly contacted allocated clients
- Handling and resolving customer complaints
- Ensure Customer Satisfaction for which the firm are reputed
- Dealing with customer payments and accounts

**REQUIRED SKILLS**:

**SALARY**:
Salary up to £25,000 + Study Support
Pension Scheme, Health Care, On Site Parking
**LOCATION**
