They are a well-known name in the industry with a worldwide presence in investing in new **technologies**.They seek an energetic, passionate **Customer Experience Specialist** to come and join them **permanent** basis.

Key Responsibilities,
To work closely with your team, you will blend a natural problem-solving ability and a keen eye for detail and make accurate decisions.
To support the clients and customers throughout their employment screening journey.
Demonstrate a track record of excellent customer service skills.
A positive approach and can-do mindset,
Thrive on working to targets and being the best you can be.
Proven customer service background face to face or telephone.
Experience working with inbound calls and webchat is an advantage.
Inbound or outbound experience.
Excellent attention to detail.

Full-time hours: 37.5 Monday-Friday 9am-5.30pm
Salary £19,300
