Objectives of this role
- Provide friendly and professional service in line with IHG standards
- Ensure all F&B areas are clean, well-stocked, and prepared for service
- Respond to guest questions and requests in a timely and courteous manner
- Support other team members and maintain a positive work environment
- Daily dates checks in the fridges and freezer
- Prepare and cook food for guests from a set menu

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and serve guests in restaurant and bar
- Set up and clear tables, and maintain a clean service area
- Follow health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times
- Record Temperatures in the due diligence book
- Handle guest complaints or concerns professionally and escalate as necessary
- Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service operations

Skills and qualifications
- Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Outstanding customer service abilities
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Problem-solving mindset and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented attitude

Preferred qualifications
- Experience in a hospitality or F&B role
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings
- Proficiency in a second language

Role specifications
- Between 12-25 hours a week
- Expected hours - 1pm-9pm / 3pm-9pm/ 5pm-9pm

Please be aware these hours could change if needed for business.
- Availability: Mon-Sun
- Rota changes every week
