Role: Sales Support
Location: Hinckley

**Salary**: £21k
Office based
- Monday
- Friday 8.15-5pm

**The Company**
Would you like the opportunity to work for a Successful company who since opening in 1988 has grown rapidly into the largest independent supplier in the UK? Well, my client is looking for enthusiastic and experienced Sales support executives to work with analready successful team.
**The role**:

- Managing all incoming calls, ensuring the highest level of customer care
- Calling new and existing clients to gain project updates
- Project track to ensure we maximise every opportunity of winning the project
- Book seminars for the External Sales Team including arranging lunch and hotels
- Make outgoing customer relationship calls to bring in new potential leads
- Be involved in the sales order process, raising quotes, sales, and purchase orders
- Always provide admin support for the team including ordering stationery
- Achieve personal and department targets
- Meet and greet all visitors
- Liaise with hauliers and suppliers
- Other ad hoc duties as required

**Requirements**:

- Preferably experience in Administration or Customer Service roles but not essential
- Able to communicate at all levels
- Computer Literate with good IT skills
- Actively demonstrate the ‘Values and Behaviours’ of the business
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage several projects at the same time
