**Key Role Objectives**:
To present products over the phone to potential customers. To successfully book appointments for the Sales team. To cross sell from and to existing customers. To help the company grow by helping to bring in new customers and developing business with existingcustomers.
- 22-24k Basic (32k OTE)

**Key Tasks**:

- Contact new or existing customers to inform them about products.
- Answer questions about the products/services or about the company.
- Ask appropriate questions to understand customer requirements.
- Pass appropriate leads to the relevant sales teams.
- Arrange follow up appointments for the sales teams.
- Update the customer database after each call.
- Work diligently to hit sales call targets and other targets.
- Assist with the company growth by providing leads and making appointments, which lead to sales activity.
- Build on the existing good reputation representing the company professionally on the phone.

**Experience and Skills**:

- Proven experience in a B2B telesales or other sales/customer service role (preferred).
- Proven track record of achieving call targets.
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to potential customers.
- Knowledge of Leasing and/or Factoring (preferred, however full training will be given).
- Effective verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Ability to comfortably present products and services over the phone and deal with any customer doubts.
- Calm demeanour with the ability to handle rejection.
- Good IT skills, with experience in use a CRM system.
- Good written communication skills
