Telesales Associate

My client is seeking a Telesales Associate to join their team on a permanent basis. (OTE £31k) **Key Role Objectives**: To support the company with growth through telesales, other initiatives and projects. This will be used to educate current clients and non clients on our products and getting them informed of services that can benefit their businesses. **Key Tasks**: - Achieve targets detailed within your Balanced Score Card. Targets may vary from time to time. - Create client relationships over short periods to educate them on products they offer - Qualify client/prospect requirements with knowledge of products on offer - training provided - Arrange meetings for our Regional Sales Managers when identified - Progress "leads" through the lead process - Ensure documents about our products and services are sent in a timely and professional manner where required - Maintain and update CRM - training provided - Identify requirements - Work with marketing and regional sales managers to ensure "lead journey" is both effective and the client experience is of top quality - Attend and participate in scheduled meetings as defined by your line manager - Keep up to date with industry changes and ensure that a sound understanding of products is maintained. - Attend appropriate training courses, when applicable. **Benefits**: - **23k Basic (will rise in January)**: - **35% Bonus opp - 31k OTE**: - **10% Pension Contribution**: - **x5 death in service cover**: - **Dedicated Parking**: - **Free shuttle from Station to and from office**: - **Flexible home working solution (Post probation)** Prize Placements is acting as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
