We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Events Assistant to join our dynamic team. As an Events Assistant, you will support our Events Manager in planning, organizing, and executing various events. You will play a key role in ensuring that each event runs smoothly and meets the expectations of our clients and attendees. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in event management and to work within a creative and collaborative environment.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support to the events team, including scheduling meetings and assisting with logistics for events.
- Assist in the planning and coordination of various events, including corporate functions, weddings, and community events.
- Manage event registration and communication with attendees.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and venues to ensure a seamless event experience.
- Help set up and dismantle events, including arranging furniture and equipment as needed.
- Assist in the creation of event promotional materials and social media content.
- Contribute to post-event evaluations and reports.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in event planning or hospitality is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event planning software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
