**Senior/Associate Tenancy Consultant**

**Location**: Tower Bridge (WFH / Hybrid)

**Package**: £26,000 - £29,000 + Commission

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join our established Tenancy Services team. Based at our Tower Bridge office, we're looking for someone with a abundance of energy, who takes pride in providing exceptional customer service, 100% of the time.

**As a Tenancy consultant, you will be responsible for**:

- Negotiating terms between the parties for replacement Tenants and Renewals and providing the relevant advice
- Build and maintain strong and effective working relationships with our lettings teams
- Adhere to department minimum standards relating to time management, workload and file accuracy
- Progressing replacement tenancies and Renewals in a timely manner ensuring documentation is produced to a high standard and completed within required time frames
- Maintain and develop relevant compliance and legislative knowledge

**Skills and experience required**:

- Proactive
- Highly motivated and confident
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent and accurate written communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and effectively
- High level of IT skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent working knowledge of lettings and tenancy legislation and contract requirements
