**Job Title: Fleet Administrator**
**Job Type**:Permanent
**Location**:Dene House, Kirkburton
**Start Date**:ASAP
**Salary**: £21,000.00 - £24,000.00 per annum; negotiable dependent on experience

**The Role**
**The Key Responsibilities**
**Communication**
- Resolve vehicle issues, breakdowns, service requests, light damage repairs
- Discuss new car requirements with driver and manager
- Arrange delivery and collection of cars including thorough handover
- Work well within a team environment
- Query end of contract charges
**Administration**
- Keep driver / vehicle details updated on the system
- Manage any Ad Hoc tasks that may arise, i.e. dart tag, eflow, VE103
- Manage vehicles on tracker system and issue car fobs
- Gain car quotes and compare options
- Place orders and manage finance and insurance documents
- Manage mileage
- Process P11Ds
- Track and book MOTs
**Fines / Traffic Offences**
- Process / challenge parking fines / traffic offences
- Update incident/accident logs
- Manage insurance claims
**The Requirements**
- Excellent communication skills
- Problem solving
- Clear and professional telephone manner
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office packages (especially Excel)
- Experience in a Fleet / transport department
**Salary**: £21,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
