**Salary - **Starting from £23,581.67 to £25,517.48 per annum, increasing as your experience grows with us.
**Annual leave -**Start with 24 days, increasing to 26 days with service, plus the flexibility to buy or sell up to 5 extra days each year. Of course, you’ll have public holidays too and an extra day’s leave to celebrate your birthday

**About you**
- You’ll be proactive & organized, having the ability to prioritize tasks effectively under time constraints within a fast-paced environment
- You'll be able to handle and resolve queries and complaints effectively - previous complaints handling experience would be ideal but not essential.
- You’re an excellent communicator both written and verbal.
- You hold strong competency of IT systems including Microsoft Outlook, Teams and Excel
- Previous experience in analysis of data and trends would be ideal but not essential.
- Ensuring all administrative tasks are completed in line with company requirements
