**The Position**: We’re looking for Commercial Estate Agents who are tired of the rat race and want to be their own boss:

- This role is for those who want to become self-employed, but don’t want to do the boring back office work
- Earn up to 90% commission in this unique structure
- We provide the leads, you do the deals - you take up to 90% of the money
- Yes - 90%. Our average fee is £10,000 - so you could take £9,000 home.
- We offer the freedom to choose how you structure your working week, we believe that life doesn’t need to be as simple as 9-5, Monday-Friday - so we don’t treat it that way: we encourage frequent use of annual leave to go on holiday to reward yourself after smashing your financial targets as well as working from home to help maintain a healthy work/life balance.
- Full training is provided on how to become a commercial agent

**Requirements**:

- Entrepreneurial
- Willing to learn
- Good attitude and work ethic.
- Some experience in a similar/relevant field is required.
- It is important that agents can travel, therefore a full UK driver’s license and access to a car are necessary.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identifying, researching and delivering development opportunities.
- Liaising with clients to market properties in the most appropriate manner to maximise the selling value.
- Valuing properties.
- Producing reports, brochures, promotional information, and other written material.
- Travelling to properties and conducting viewings.

**Key skills**:

- Self Starter
- Negotiation and selling skills.
- Ambition, drive and charisma.
- Strong organisation skills.
- Willingness to take on responsibility, as agents will likely be afforded a great deal of responsibility early on.
- Understanding of, and interest in, the local property market and the process of buying and selling property.

**The Location**: Anywhere The Head office is in South London but you can work from home or from the beach
