**What does the job entail?**:
The Key Account Manager Administrator will support our Key Account Managers in both pre and post sales. You will manage the administrative duties in ensuring a seamless customer experience following contract committal, assisting in the management of Corona’s Key Accounts.**

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Updating and logging renewals for sales targets
- Chasing & monitoring of outstanding documentation liaising with the KAMs and brokers
- Issuing copy documentation
- Sending out AMR performance reports
- Monitoring late starts
- Assisting with transportation pass-throughs
- Liaising with different departments throughout the business regarding the management of customer accounts
- Locking in additional sites
- Receiving inbound calls from customers and third parties assisting with questions and queries
- Liaising with SPA and metering to ensure successful registration of ALL meters (ECD inputs, etc)
- Handling objections and generating objection reports; liaising with both SPA and also the customer
- Management of AMR contracts sold to ensure full completion and implementation (Liaison with Metering Team required)
- Maintaining a high level of customer service throughout all of the above
- Any other reasonable duties as defined by management

**Skills & Experience**:

- Strong team player with the ability to communicate with other departments and individual sales people
- Ability to manage time efficiently
- Previous administration experience
- Experience in a numerical/ analytical position
- Good Excel skills
- Proactive outlook
- Knowledge of the utilities industry is desirable
