Raw Material Planner

**Raw Material Planner - Your future role?**

As a Raw Material Planner in Overseal, you will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and ordering raw materials used in the manufacturing facility to achieve and maintain KPI targets (PIR/golden rules/ best practices, SLOB, etc.).

**In this role you will**:

- Follow the parameterization in SAP
- Identify and resolve shortages through efficient scheduling to ensure an appropriate inventory level following corporate standards.
- Ensure customer (internal and external) response on time managing realistic daily plans considering capacity and raw material availability (MRP).
- Work under the standard of quality, safety, industrial hygiene, and good practices.
- Identify and implement opportunities for improvement
- Track purchase orders and escalate problems
- Communicate and interact with relevant departments and business partners in order to solve issues
- Achieve and maintain service level targets
- Obsolescence Control (use of SLOB Toll for Inventory at Risk assessment).
- Review customer orders for raw materials resale demands
- Provide mid to long-term forecast for procurement
- Resolve or escalate issues related to orders, working with production, customer care and regional and global affiliates as required
- Produce daily, weekly and monthly status reports (e.g. COOISPI schedule, OTS, past due purchase orders) and distribute
- Receive and record vendor confirmations, file purchase order documents, and other duties as required. Work with materials planners and purchasing group to resolve vendor issues
- Manage Packaging Supply

**Your professional background includes**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Foreign Trade or others
- 2-3 years of experience in the area
- APICS certification is desired
- ERP/MRP expertise
- Strong affinity to systems and analytical tools (Desired SAP, BI, BO)
- Fluent English
- Microsoft Office Suite expertise
