**Location**:Lancing, West Sussex (Hybrid: 2-3 days on-site)
**Salary**:£25,685 per annum, Band C, Level 3
**Hours**:Full-time, 35 hours per week
**Contract**:Permanent

**The Role**
We’re looking for someone who can deliver friendly, professional, and efficient service every time. As a **Customer Service Advisor,**you’ll help deliver top-class support to our customers. You’ll respond to enquiries, process returns, and assist with personalised orders.

**As our Customer Service Advisor, the Key responsibilities are**:

- Support wholesale, retail, and international customers.
- Handle complaints and customer reviews professionally.
- Assist with returns, order processing, and personalised orders.
- Collaborate with colleagues across departments to ensure a seamless service

**What we are looking for in our Customer Service Advisor**:

- Proven customer service experience, ideally in retail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Problem‑solving ability with a focus on accuracy and detail
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
- Strong work ethic with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail
