We are looking for a professional and friendly Hotel Receptionist to join our team.

We are looking to recruit a computer literate Receptionist who has excellent telephone and customer relations skills. We are looking for someone:

- Passionate about working within a corporate and hospitality environment and takes pride in their work.
- Excellent customer facing and service skills with good interpersonal skills and the confidence to deal with people at all levels to present a positive impression.
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritise and keep calm under pressure.
- Organised and self-motivated and able to work alone unsupervised.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome guests.
- Provide information about the hotel and its services.
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs.
- Daily banking
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 40 per week

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekend availability
