We have incredible opportunities available for enthusiastic, caring and professional Support Workers who have the passion and drive to make a difference to individuals living with Mental Health conditions in Chelmsford.

For this role you must have care experience. Preferably in the community, however this isn’t essential.

You must be energetic, have a great smile, have a passion for enabling individuals to live well at home. No two days are ever the same

This **role** will include, but not restricted to, the following;
- 1-2-1 Support
- Supporting individuals with their progress to recovery
- Encouraging clients to work towards their own goals and targets.
- To provide focus based support
- Engaging and encouraging activities
- Personal care
- Patience
- A great sense of humour
- A willingness to learn new skills and reflect on own practise
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to respond and resolve issues
- You MUST have a positive approach to helping people.
- Reliable

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: £11.48-£12.32 per hour

**Benefits**:

- Monday to Friday

Shift:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift

**Experience**:

- care: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- UK drivers licence? (preferred)
