**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Manage daily clinic operations, ensuring efficient workflow and patient satisfaction
- Oversee scheduling of appointments and maintain accurate patient records
- Perform data entry tasks and maintain organised filing systems
- Handle phone inquiries with professionalism and courtesy
- Support staff with clerical duties as needed, fostering a collaborative work environment
- Ensure compliance with health regulations and clinic policies
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals to enhance service delivery

**Experience**
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within a healthcare setting
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Experience in clerical duties, including data entry and office management
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Pay: £22,700.00-£23,000.00 per year
