Loan Processing Assistant

This role would suit a recent graduate who is keen to develop a career in banking and finance, and the role offers excellent prospects for career progression
**Duties to include**:
- Assist in the loan process, including the settlement of transactions, advising customers of interest rate fixing, and sending overdue payment reminder letters. You will be undertaking further duties as and when requested by the Assistant Manager and SeniorOfficer.
- Assisting in the closing activities of loans, and being involved in the loan servicing from when the loan is closed to when it is paid off.
- Providing loan administration services to both internal and external customers, and ensuring that this is all compliant and completed within prescribed time limits.
- Perform the escrow management function to act as a neutral third party to receive and disburse money for the transaction parties.
**Requirements for the role**:
- Fluent Cantonese is **essential.**:
- Strong Excel skills. Must be able to demonstrate a strong knowledge of reporting, pivot table, macro and VBA.
- Experience using Power BI.
