**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and control all project documentation, including technical drawings, specifications, and reports.
- Ensure that all documents are properly registered, filed, and maintained in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of document revisions, approvals, and distribution to internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely submission and retrieval of documents.
- Monitor and track document versions to ensure consistency and avoid duplication.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of documentation to clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
- Implement and maintain document control procedures and systems to streamline workflows.
- Ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations, including ISO and other industry certifications.
- Support the project management team in maintaining up-to-date project documentation for audits and reviews.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in document control, preferably within the construction industry.
- Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail.
- Familiarity with document control software and systems (e.g., SharePoint, Aconex, or similar).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
