Your Legal Costs is a fast-paced firm of cost consultants who thrive on providing excellent customer service whilst delivering the best possible results for our clients. We have an opportunity for an ambitious, tech-savvy, forward-thinking individual to join a growing team with a desire to learn new areas of law and to help lead the company to success. You will be responsible for developing, guiding, and monitoring the businesspresence across multiple social media platforms. You need to be dedicated, motivated with a desire to deliver. You will report on all analytics across all social media channels, as well as providing a schedule containing the planned activity for the forthcomingweek/s. You will be working alongside a graphic designer, so you are not required to have any experience in the likes of Photoshop, Illustrator or After Effects, although there is opportunity for development in this area. This role will suit someone ready for the next step, or with previous management experience. **Salary will be dependent on experience.** **The role will involve**: - Oversee day-to-day management of campaigns - Developing bespoke social media strategies with the aim of increasing brand awareness and customer engagement. - Analysing the long term needs of the company’s social media strategy and offering quarterly reports to management, outlining any necessary changes to the overall digital marketing plan. - Creating captivating content for an organisations social media site, which may include writing blogs, articles, posts, and multimedia content. - Developing weekly reports and schedules. - Developing and overseeing competitions and campaigns to draw attention to the brand. - Hiring and overseeing junior social media marketing employees **Competencies**: - Working effectively both independently and as part of a team - Knowledge of the Legal Industry and procedures - Strategic thinking for developing effective marketing campaigns - Communication skills - Excellent computer skills - Strong organisational skills - Leadership **Experience**: - Social Media Expertise - Understanding the principles of claims/legal industry is preferred, but not essential - Ability to balance multiple priorities and flawlessly multi-task, thrive under pressure and work to deadlines - Ability to operate in a fast paced and dynamic environment - Personality and Tenacity essential - Adept in the use of Microsoft Office, as well as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn **Benefits**: - 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays - Birthday off - Additional day off over Christmas. - "Personaltime"- 8 hours for external appointments across the year. - Staff referral Bonus - Employee Assistance programme. - Training and progression opportunities within Your Legal Costs. - Accessible to public transport - Reduced parking costs via salary sacrifice
