- Maintain strong relationships by making courtesy calls to valued clients and soliciting feedback.
**Requirements**:
- Proven customer service experience or relevant background.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Outstanding problem-solving abilities.
- Must be able to commute to the office in St Asaph.
