Pay Scale: £20,075 per annum. (Potential to earn performance related bonus)

About the role

Through these interactions, you will help the customer reschedule treatments, advise on account balances, upsell additional products, handle complaints with our customer care action plan and recommend appropriate solutions to achieve a wonderful lawn.

(Don’t worry, all training will be provided)

Main duties:

- Taking ownership of the customer's journey.
- Identify any instances which could drive further contact.
- Provide advice and guidance on all GreenThumb treatments dependent on the time of year and weather conditions, promoting the GreenThumb method.
- Work collaboratively as a team to ensure that all team and individual Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) are met.
- Handle all customer cases in a professional, prompt, and courteous manner, demonstrating appropriate levels of empathy throughout.
- Highlight trends or emerging issues to Team Leader for review and resolution.
- Always look to learn about GreenThumb products.

- Excellent written and verbal skills.

- Adept problem-solving skills.
- Competent working towards and developing KPI’s.
- A ‘customer first’ attitude and approach.
- Efficient working with Salesforce and Office programmes.
