**Job Overview**
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our countryside restaurant. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. As a member of the Front of House team, you will play a crucial part in the overall dining experience, assisting with various tasks related to hospitality, food preparation, and catering.

**Duties**
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
- Assist with seating arrangements and manage reservations efficiently.
- Take food and drink orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen or bar staff.
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner while maintaining high standards of presentation.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in all areas of the front of house.
- Support the catering team during events, helping to set up and break down as needed.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, striving for resolution and guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and timely delivery of orders.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred but not essential.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is highly desirable.
- Skills in bartending or food preparation will be advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on customer service.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude, team spirit, and willingness to help others are essential traits for this role.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required by the business needs.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £11.44-£12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 per week
