**Responsibilities**
- Provide professional hair styling, services tailored to individual client needs.
- Engage with clients to understand their preferences and provide expert advice on styles and products.
- Upsell additional services and products to enhance the client experience and meet sales targets.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment
- Assist in front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and managing client inquiries.
- Mentor junior stylists or trainees by sharing knowledge and best practices in styling techniques.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive atmosphere that fosters teamwork and creativity.

**Qualifications**
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Hairdressing (or equivalent)
- A passion for delivering outstanding client service
- Strong technical skills in cutting, colouring, and styling
- A positive, professional attitude and a team player
- Experience in upselling products or services is an advantage.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.

Pay: £10.00-£12.21 per hour
