Responsibilities

  • Deliver a wide range of hairdressing services including cutting, colouring, styling, and treatments tailored to client preferences.
  • Provide expert advice on hair care and styling options to clients, ensuring satisfaction with every service..
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the salon environment.
  • Manage appointment schedules efficiently at the front desk, ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance client experience and maximise salon revenue.
  • Support management with day to day salon duties.
  • Build strong relationships with clients through excellent communication skills and personalised service.
  • Evening and weekends working will be required.

Qualifications

  • Hairdressing qualification nvq or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as a Hair Stylist with a strong portfolio of work.
  • Skilled in gents hair cutting.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients.
  • Experience in front desk operations or reception duties is beneficial.
  • Ability to upsell services and retail products confidently while maintaining professionalism.
  • Strong mentoring abilities and willingness to support team development.
