This role is perfect for individuals with a passion for hairdressing, aspiring to become Hair Stylists or even Salon Managers. **Responsibilities**
- **Customer Service**:

- Shampoo customers and prepare them for treatments
- Greet customers upon arrival, offer them a welcome drink, and ensure they feel comfortable
- Provide excellent customer service and build rapport with clients to enhance their salon experience
- **Salon Maintenance**:

- Disinfect and sterilise salon tools and equipment according to health and safety regulations
- Sweep floors regularly to maintain a clean and professional environment
- Fold towels and ensure they are readily available for use
- Keep the salon clean and tidy, ensuring all areas are well-maintained
- **Administrative Support**:

- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage bookings efficiently
- Assist at the front desk with customer inquiries and administrative tasks
- Help with the inventory management of salon supplies and retail products, ensuring shelves are stocked and organized
- **Stylist Assistance**:

- Support stylists and art directors during treatments and styling sessions
- Prepare workstations with necessary tools and products for each stylist
- Assist in setting up and breaking down stations between clients
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the salon manager and senior stylists to ensure smooth daily operations
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge
