**CMS Trainers / Virtual Trainers (3) - National Charity**

**Location: Home based**

**Fixed term contract (4 months approx.)**

We currently have a vacancy for **3 Virtual CMS (CRM) Trainers** for our client, a National UK-based Charity, working from home but working with staff throughout England and Wales. Reporting to the CMS Training coordinator, you will be working as partof the team responsible for the delivery of impactful and engaging virtual training to enable the adoption of the new Case Management System across the business.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the development and testing of training material
- Deliver virtual training to staff (approx. 1000 staff) divided amongst three trainers consisting of Virtual classroom training, E-learning modules, Webinars, Videos, User guides
- Progress post-training support to line manager as needed i.e. outstanding questions, parked issues, clarification points etc
- Support in the production and delivery of virtual workshops and targeted webinars
- Promote and contribute post course evaluations ensuring quality of training and ensuring suggested changes and improvements are forwarded to the CMS training lead

**Experience**:

- Looking for people who have strong virtual training experience.
- Experience of delivering training programmes using a variety of different methods e.g. face to face, virtual and one to one
- Experience of planning courses and evaluating outcomes
- Communicate effectively verbally and in writing to a range of audiences
- Use generic IT Applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint (S)
- Able to offer advice and support managers & staff in developing appropriate learning interventions
- Ability to motivate and influence others
- Excellent customer focus, relationship building and interpersonal skills

**Some travel could be required to deliver or attend training or meetings in a commitment to project delivery.**
