Halcyon Health & Social Care are really excited to be working with one of our favourite clients, to help them recruit a Recruitment Coordinator. This is a relatively new organisation that specialise in providing an exceptional level of care and support,to adults with a range of learning disabilities and complex needs.
Due to the exceptional growth of the organisation they are looking to hire a Recruitment coordinator, this is a critically important job and will play a huge part in ensuring that the organisation and continue to develop.
As the Recruitment coordinator, you will lead the internal recruitment process to attract the best talent in the market place, monitor the compliance process to ensure the vulnerable people they support are safeguarded, creatively use Social media to developthe brand of the company as well as taking part in the interview process along with managers and the directors.

What we are looking for in a Recruitment coordinator:
- Be competent in the use of Microsoft Office; in particular MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Experience in 360 Recruitment process is essential
- Experience with Recruitment and Onboarding software
- Knowledge of Social care recruitment would be desirable
