**Overview**

As part of our ongoing commercial growth strategy, Wakefield Trinity is expanding its off-field team to support and deliver first-class service to our partners and stakeholders.Wakefield Trinity is seeking a highly organised and proactive **Commercial & Partnerships Coordinator** to support the day-to-day operations of our commercial department. Based at our Wakefield HQ, this role is integral to the smooth running of our partnerships, hospitality, and wider commercial initiatives. You'll be the behind-the-scenes engine keeping everything on track - from inbox management to LinkedIn updates and everything in between.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Act as the first point of contact for commercial enquiries related to sponsorship, hospitality, events, and conferencing
- Manage and triage incoming enquiries, responding where appropriate or allocating them to the wider commercial team
- Assist with day-to-day admin tasks, including drafting partnership agreements and maintaining commercial trackers
- Liaise with the accounts team on invoicing and payment tracking for sponsors, partners and hospitality guests
- Oversee and manage matchday hospitality bookings and documentation
- Act as the main liaison for club sponsors, ensuring all sponsorship deliverables are fulfilled and communication remains consistent and professional
- Organise and coordinate player appearances, signed merchandise, and added-value experiences for commercial partners
- Host VIP guests, sponsors, and partners on home matchdays - ensuring they receive a premium experience, and all contractual obligations are met
- Support the organisation, admin and delivery of other club events
- Liaise with the Media Team to ensure timely delivery of social media posts for sponsors and partners
- Oversee and manage content on the club’s LinkedIn page

**Key Skills & Experience**
- Highly organised and detail-oriented, with excellent time-management and multitasking skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities, with a confident and professional manner
- Proven experience in a customer-facing, administrative, or events-based role
- Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and in fast-paced environments — especially on matchdays and during live events
- Social media aware, especially on LinkedIn, with a good sense for timely, engaging content that supports commercial goals
- A proactive and adaptable team player with a collaborative mindset and a willingness to support all areas of the commercial department
