We’ve a passion for people and are seeking to add an Account Coordinator to join our prestigious food manufacturing client based in Livingston. As an Account Coordinator you will effectively manage our temporary workers to meet client requirement and expectationand be part of our established and award-winning on-site operation. This position would suit an experienced Account Coordinator seeking a new challenge or an administrator or planner looking to enter the recruitment industry.

The role:

- Management and coordination of temporary workers to fulfil client requirements.
- Work with the Account Manager to implement and drive an effective recruitment, validation, and induction plan, ensuring the available labour pool delivers and exceeds client expectations.
- Provision of a 24/7 on-call service to meet client requirements as required. On-call is run via a rota system to ensure fairness throughout our teams.
- Develop successful and mutually beneficial relationships, working in partnership with operational management.
- Working with the Account Manager to identify business development opportunities.
- Ability to deputise for Account Manager.
- Previous recruitment or customer service experience.
- Strong communication skills both written & verbal.
- Good IT skills.
- Ability to organise and prioritise.
- Excel within a fast-paced environment.
