We are looking for a positive, customer focussed individuals to join the Activities team at Tapnell Farm as Front of House Team Members.

As a member of Front of House, you will:

- Ensure all customer areas are organised, clean and tidy, ready for the day ahead.
- Greet our customers and check them into the activities using our booking system, assisting them with Participant Agreements and helpful information where needed.
- Being vigilent to ensure all participants are meeting the requirements for each activity.
- Using our till system to take payments for bookings, aqua socks, refreshments or shop products.
- Keep track of stock levels and put orders together for what stock is needed.
- Have adequate transport in order to get to us for as early as 8:30am or leave as late as 8:30pm. We are not on a regular bus route.
- Be a super friendly, welcoming and approachable person.
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ideally have a fair level of problem solving ability.

Hours of Work:
Guaranteed minimum of 12 hours per week, potentially up to 40 in the holidays.
Shift's starting between 8:30am and 8:30pm
1 x May/June - September (start TBC)
2 x July-August positions (Summer holidays)

We are also looking for someone to work May half term, summer holidays and weekends in between.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 2-5 months

Expected hours: 12 - 40 per week
