**Job Overview**
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Team Members to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, providing exceptional service to our guests while ensuring a welcoming and efficient dining experience. Your responsibilities will encompass various tasks that contribute to the overall hospitality and operational excellence of our venue.

**Duties**
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all dietary requirements are noted.
- Assist with food preparation as needed, adhering to food safety standards.
- Manage cash handling and basic maths for transactions.
- Upsell menu items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables, menus, and service stations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery and address any customer concerns promptly.
- Provide assistance to guests, offering recommendations and answering queries about menu items.
- Demonstrate excellent time management skills to handle busy periods effectively.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant environment is preferred but not essential.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is advantageous.
- Basic culinary skills will be beneficial for assisting in food preparation tasks.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service and satisfaction.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and willingness to help others are essential traits for success in this role.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £8.60-£12.00 per hour
