**We are looking for** a warm hearted bartender to work with us and we can provide full training. We have full time hours available but are happy to discuss part time hours too. We have listed pay as by the hour but could discuss salary for full time members.

We have a fantastic team at kolae and appreciate applicants from diverse backgrounds. Knowledge of cocktails, wine and bartending are a huge bonus but we can train passionate people with the right attitude. Most of all we like to work with nice people who care about what they do. Personalities of all sorts welcome; geeks, comedians, charmers and talkers. But you need to love working with people and enjoy showing them a good time.

**The role will involve**:

- Making syrups and infusions
- Preparing cocktails and all manner of drinks for guests.
- Keeping an eye on stock levels and making the floor team aware of anything about to run out
- Serving guests at the bar recommending drinks and food
- Learning the wine list and cocktails to answer questions for guests and to assist the floor team
- Setting up and cleaning down the bar
- competitive pay - better than the great majority of central London spots.
- A happy working environment. A great team, considerate rotas and relatively early closes - normally by midnight
- A unique array of products to learn about. Unusual cocktails, amazing Thai ingredients, small farm oolong teas, single vineyard rieslings and more.
