**Summary**

We are seeking talented and passionate Senior Bartender to prepare and serve an array of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. They are expected to have in-depth knowledge of spirits, cocktails, and bar operations, along with excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Prepare and Serve Drinks**: Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes or customer preferences.
- **Customer Service**: Greet customers, take orders, and provide suggestions. Engage in conversations to create a friendly atmosphere.
- **Responsible Service**: Monitor patrons for signs of intoxication and refuse service when necessary.
- **Maintain Cleanliness**: Clean the bar, glasses, and utensils. Stock and organize the bar area, ensuring it is fully stocked and sanitary.
- **Handle Payments**: Process customer orders, accept payments, and provide change. Ensure cash handling procedures are followed.
- **Stock Management**: Track and reorder inventory of alcohol, mixers, and bar tools.
- **Set Up and Close**: Open the bar, set up equipment and ingredients, and close down at the end of the night, including cleaning and organising.
- **Monitor Liquor Laws**: Ensure compliance with local laws regarding alcohol service.
- **Special Offers or Events**: Inform customers about drink specials or events at the establishment.

**Qualifications**
- **Experience**: Previous bartending or hospitality experience is highly recommended.
- **Skills**: Good knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and drink recipes; ability to multitask; excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- **Physical Requirements**: Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- **Personality**: Outgoing, sociable, and able to maintain composure in busy settings.
- **Certifications**: Food safety or bartending certification (preferred not mandatory.
