**About the role**:
Working under the guidance of teaching and senior class staff, this rewarding—yet sometimes challenging—role involves supporting students to access and engage with teacher-led curriculum and learning activities.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Assisting with the implementation of individual education and behaviour plans.
- Supporting learning both in the classroom and in alternative settings.
- Providing personal care, attending to hygiene needs, and administering medication.

Comprehensive training is provided to support you in the role, and we actively encourage continued professional development for all staff.

**About you**:
We are looking for individuals who bring resilience, common sense, and a strong team spirit to their work.

**Key attributes include**:

- The ability to communicate effectively with all members of the school community.
- Confidence in liaising with other professionals to implement recommended strategies.
