About The Role - Teaching Assistant In Aylesbury
You will be supporting a team of tutors delivering tailored sessions in
English, Maths, and Science
, as well as contributing to a dedicated
nurture group
. As a Teaching Assistant, your role will be to:

  • Support students in small groups (typically 3 per tutor)
  • Help create a calm, inclusive, and positive learning environment
  • Assist tutors in delivering structured, meaningful sessions
  • Provide emotional and academic support to students with varying needs

This is a
long-term Teaching Assistant position
in Aylesbury with an
immediate start
, so we're looking for someone who can hit the ground running and commit to making a consistent impact.

Working Hours
This part-time Teaching Assistant role is perfect for someone looking for structured, predictable hours across the week:

  • Monday: 9:00 AM - 2:30 PM
  • Wednesday: 9:00 AM - 2:30 PM
  • Thursday: 1:00 PM - 2:30 PM
  • Friday: 11:30 AM - 2:00 PM

Total weekly hours: approx. 11.5
