**What will I be doing?**

Our Hire and Repairs team are integral to the customer journey and arranging for the collection and return of client’s vehicles, assessing and signposting those who have experienced a personal injury and taking payments for insurance excess. You will form strong relationships with accident repair centres, insurers, solicitors and storage companies whilst developing an in depth knowledge of the logístical aspects of coordinating this service. You will assign jobs to drivers and maximise the available workloads along with managing a fleet of over 400 hire and courtesy vehicles.

**Duties include**:

- Arranging the collection and delivery of client’s vehicles.
- Managing claims that may need to be provided to alternative suppliers.
- Organise the diary for recovery drivers

To provide support to other claims departments managers & staff
- Creating garage repair instructions
- Manage client and partners expectations

**Hire and Repairs Advisor - Call Centre**

**Working Hours**:Full time - Permanent - 37.5 hrs per week

**Salary**: Various pay grades available + Comprehensive benefits

**Benefits**: Paid overtime at £20p/hr, Monthly Lottery Scheme (jackpot currently £1500.00+)

**Place of Work**: Carolina Court, Doncaster, DN4 5RA (On Bus route, approximately 1 mile from Town Centre)
