Related Business/ Technical Knowledge, Skills, Abilities (KSAs) - A relevant Supervisory Management degree in manufacturing or relevant discipline is desirable - A minimum 5 years of relevant industrial experience; electronic assembly manufacturing experience, solid manufacturing comprehension; a basic understanding of manufacturing flow systems, manufacturing costs and influences - Working knowledge of MS Office programs; Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. - Hands on experience with quality system training including understanding of SPC (Statistics Process Control) principles and tools. - Established ability prioritizing and managing multiple projects to meet strict deadlines. - Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, diverse environment across functions to produce expected results. - Able to work as business needs require which may include long days, occasional evenings and weekends, and travel to all manufacturing and warehouse locations, for business meetings or training. Job Complexity - Works on assignments that are complex in nature. - Seeks approval to carry out any potential alternative solutions Supervision Required - Uses own judgment on day to day supervisory activities, - Refers to the shift manager of operations as required. - Must be able to effectively work within a team environment but also has the ability to work independently as required - Reporting to the shift manager of operations Education & Experience - A relevant Supervisory Management degree in manufacturing or relevant discipline is desirable - A minimum 5 years of relevant industrial experience; electronic assembly manufacturing experience, solid manufacturing comprehension; a basic understanding of manufacturing flow systems, manufacturing costs and influences
