Recruit4Staff are pleased to be representing their client, a leading Automation in their search for a Manufacturing Supervisor to work in their leading facility in Telford.For the successful Manufacturing Supervisor our client is offering: Competitive annual salary paying up to £39,000 - (£18.75 per hour) Depending on experienceDays based role 7:45am - 5pm with a 12:45pm finish on Fridays or 8:45am - 5pm Monday to FridayPermanent position23 Days holiday + bank holidays - Rising to 25 Days holiday after 12 months serviceFree on site parkingPension contribution schemeCompany eventsCareer progressionWorking in a Modern & Very clean Manufacturing environmentLife assurance schemeThe Role - Manufacturing Supervisor: Responsible for leading & motivating a team of typically 5/6 staff, which compromises of Mechanical/Electrical FittersAllocating workload out to staffReporting progress of projects into the Manufacturing Manager on a regular basisCarrying out meetings with the team on a daily basisLiaising with other areas of the Business (IE Purchasing) ensuring sufficient materials are available for buildsPlanning the workload carefully ensuring you're able to achieve targetsContinuous improvementMentoring staff Involved in relevant disciplinary procedures if necessaryTravelling to customers worldwide to oversee staff installing the companies products - Occasionally (Typically can be up to 2-3 times a year for around 2 weeks at a time)Being hands on and involved in the building/installation of ProjectsUsing hand & power toolsWhat our client is looking for in a Manufacturing Supervisor: Our client is looking for somebody who possesses Mechanical/Electrical experience in a Supervisory capacityYou must be qualified either Electrically or Mechanically - ESSENTIALThis role does involve being HANDS ON so you will be involved in the builds with the teamStrong communication skillsAble to lead & Motivate a teamAble to work away and oversee projects - ESSENTIALFull UK Licence - ESSENTIALKey Skills or Similar Job Titles: Manufacturing Supervisor, Engineering Supervisor, Team Leader, Manufacturing Team Leader, Engineering Team Leader, Maintenance, FittingCommutable from: Telford, Shrewsbury, Wolverhampton, Halesfield, Stafford Park, Hortonwood, Cannock, Bridgnorth, Kidderminster, Wombourne, Much Wenlock, Newport, Market Drayton
