**Fund Analyst - Infrastructure - City of London - £50k-£55k + 40% bonus**

A leading infrastructure investment firm with a growing number of portfolio projects across the globe is looking for a high calibre Analyst to join their Asset Management team in Central London within a newly created role. You will be involved with multipleasset classes across infrastructure including environmental services and renewable energy. This will be a perfect opportunity for somebody who already has some cash flow, modelling and due diligence experience looking to work more directly with transactionsand within the infrastructure industry.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide analysis and in depth understanding of the business drivers for the portfolio companies
- Financial modelling of transactions and preparation of refinancing papers
- Project managing the full financing transaction process
- Relationship management with co-shareholders, authorities, and councils
- Co-ordination with SPV Directors and senior internal stakeholders
- Review and challenge Due Diligence material
- Assist with identifying target transactions

**Requirements**:

- Degree in quantitative disciplines
- Knowledge of project finance credit analysis and value drivers
- Understanding of corporate accounting and financial statements
